We are happy to refund or exchange any unopened, undamaged, and unexpired contact lenses within 60 days of your order being delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on made to order lenses as this is a made-to-measure product.

The return cost for shipping is free within the United Arab Emirates using our preferred courier company. International returns must be sent as a tracked package and the transportation cost must be paid by the customer.
