What comes first? Contact lenses or makeup?

The answer is simple and is not only valid for cosmetic contact lenses. 

You should always put in the contact lenses first and then apply makeup. Your blinking reflex is so strong that you might get makeup automatically on the lens while inserting them. Furthermore, it is much easier to hold they eye open when you don't have any eye makeup applied yet.

Please also be careful not to get any moisturizer or any form of fat on the lens!
